4. Prize Description

Each of the three winners will receive A Year of Free Local Delivery from Northland Nursery, valid March 1 through December 1, 2027.

The prize includes:

• Unlimited qualifying standard local deliveries during the prize period.

• Multiple qualifying deliveries per day, if desired.

• Delivery to multiple eligible addresses, provided each individual order meets Northland Nursery's standard minimum purchase requirements for delivery.

• Free standard delivery to qualifying Idaho destinations within the designated 20-minute local delivery area.

• A $50 discount toward the applicable delivery charge for qualifying Idaho deliveries outside the 20-minute local delivery area.

The prize covers qualifying delivery charges only. All merchandise, plants, trees, landscape materials, and other products must be purchased separately.

Estimated Retail Value: $19,320 per winner, based on a $70 standard delivery value for one delivery per day over the 276-day prize period.

Combined Estimated Retail Value: $57,960 for all three winners.

Actual prize value depends on the number of qualifying deliveries used and applicable delivery charges. These amounts are estimates, not guaranteed values or maximum redemption limits.

5. Delivery Area & Distance Calculation

Northland Nursery determines delivery distance using Google Maps' estimated driving time from our business location at 8093 W Prairie Ave, Post Falls, Idaho, to the delivery destination.

• 20 minutes or less: Qualifying orders receive free standard local delivery.

• More than 20 minutes: Winners receive a $50 discount toward the applicable delivery charge. Any remaining delivery charges are the winner's responsibility.

Google Maps travel-time estimates are evaluated when delivery is scheduled and may vary due to traffic, road construction, closures, and other travel conditions.

Deliveries to Washington State are not eligible for this giveaway, including the $50 delivery discount.

All deliveries remain subject to Northland Nursery's standard delivery service areas, pricing policies, and scheduling availability.

6. Minimum Purchase Requirements

Winning free delivery does not eliminate Northland Nursery's standard minimum purchase requirement for delivery.

Each qualifying order must independently meet the nursery's standard minimum purchase requirement.

This requirement applies to every delivery, including multiple deliveries on the same day and deliveries to different addresses.

Separate orders may not be combined solely to satisfy the minimum purchase requirement for an individual delivery.

7. Prize Restrictions

• The prize is valid exclusively from March 1 through December 1, 2027.

• The prize is nontransferable and may not be sold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or converted to store credit.

• The winner must be the purchaser placing each qualifying order.

• Deliveries may be made to multiple eligible Idaho addresses.

• There is no predetermined maximum number of qualifying deliveries during the prize period.

• Deliveries to Washington State are excluded.

• Every order must meet Northland Nursery's standard minimum purchase requirements.

• All deliveries are subject to normal scheduling, access, safety, and service-area requirements.

• Specialty delivery services, installation, additional labor, and other charges outside normal standard delivery are not included.

• Unused prize benefits expire on December 1, 2027, and have no cash redemption value.

8. Winner Notification & Prize Claiming

Winners will be notified by telephone using the contact information provided on their entry cards, followed by an email notification.

Winners must respond and claim their prize within five business days of the initial notification attempt.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, Northland Nursery may randomly select an alternate eligible winner from that week's entries.

Winners may be required to verify their eligibility before the prize is awarded.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Northland Nursery reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, incomplete, illegible, or otherwise ineligible entries.
